Awesome and easy to set up system, great customer support!

The price was great, and since it was around black Friday, I loaded up on additional filters due to the sale. I think I'm good for about 3 years. I had just come home from work, tired as hell, but my system came in, and I was excited to install it. Remember, remove the plugs. To keep the system clean, there are plugs in the connectors.

I spent about 2 hours unpacking and getting it all together. I'm at the last step of the process, which was just plugging in two tubes into the connectors to the filter unit. Nothing fit and I couldn't make sense of it. Did this system and a series of others ship with the wrong connectors? This was after a long day. I emailed them. They got back to me rather quickly, within several hours, but I was sleeping at that point anyways. I didn't remove the plugs. Please, remove the protective plugs that come with this hahaha.

This company makes it easy for you to justify getting an RO system as opposed to pitchers and filters. I did the math, and it costs about the same when comparing costs to brita filters. Also take into account, the time to thoroughly clean the pitcher and soaking the filter. Add to that, the fewer contaminants that we consume now that we have cleaner water. There's enough bs in the food we eat, and at the very least, our water should be pure.

The item was shipped with incorrect address and was delivered two weeks later after multiple calls and hours on the phone with Fedex. The seller did not want to acknowledge their mistake or do anything to fix the problem. I will not order from here again.

Amazing customer service provided by Geekpure Water!

This was very easy to install. I installed it in the basement directly below the kitchen sink. So not exactly typical. We also had the purified water supply line go to our refrigerator also. I was worried we would not have enough water pressure but we actually have more now than we did before we added the water purifier. Our ice cubes are crystal clear. The directions we very simple to follow..We had the power supply, for the ultraviolet light, quit working very quickly after installation. Geekpure Water provided the quickest and most courteous customer service experience ever. I have no problem with recommending this water purification system to anyone. We are very satisfied with the price point, quality and customer service provided by Geekpure Water. Our water is crystal clear and tastes great. I hope to be able to upload photos.It��s been over a year and we are still very satisfied with the performance.

Water tastes great!

We have had this water filtration system for a little over 6 months. Just replaced the filters for the first time and omg... ew.We are on rural water and it tastes dirty and gross. Clearly it is! We got this system with the intent of wanting cleaner water. We are very happy with it. Installation was more difficult for us as we have a farm sink and had to cut a hole in the base cabinet to fit it and add a piece of wood to mount it. But the flavor is great and knowing it's clean and filtered all the chemicals out makes me feel much safer. The cost savings and carbon print compared to buying bottled water is worth every penny. We had considered doing a tower water stand in our house but this is way better!! I know a lot of people complain about the mineral number, I wasn't a fan of it being low either. But I can always add minerals or electrolytes. The flavor is really good by itself and I make reusable water bottles with it.
