Geekpure’s water filter system is heavy duty device.At the point of delivery, unbox and check that the item is correct and free from damage. If the item is wrong or damaged, tell the delivery personnel and don't accept the delivery. Also,please contact with Geekpure customer service ,we will help you to arrange a free replacement or a refund.

If you notice that the item is damaged or defective after delivery, Please take some photos and get in touch with us, Geekpure will help you solve the problem, or provide a free return or replacement.

We're proud of our products. If you don't love them and items is shipped from Geekpure’s warehouse, we're happy to give you a full refund up to 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they remain in the same condition as the date of purchase.Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

To protect our employees and customers, Geekpure disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Geekpure, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Geekpure.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 2 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

For most returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point located across the US. You can find your most convenient UPS location using the following link:

Not all items are eligible for a pre-paid return.e.g your order is out of free return window or there is not any quality issue, In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.

If you are sending the item and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment .

If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
