Defective Housing Catastrophe

Had this system in place for <1 year in our Lab. Last nite the bottom of the clear blue housing blew apart water everywhere. Other people have had the same problem - read the reviews. I contacted the company and am still waiting for a reply. Do not buy products from this supplier - you'll be sorry

Water Filter Total Failure

Purchased 2 Big Clear filters back in September. After using the product many times in other residences with great success. I figured I would add 2 two my house. They worked great! After about a month 1 on the filter housings had a catastrophic failure. The bottom blew out of the housing bowl and I had water all over the place and throughout my first floor. Totally destroyed my first floor and I now have BELFOR USA cleaning up the mess.

I attempted to notify Geekpure through their website to no avail. Totally dissatisfied with the unit and would not recommend it to anyone.
