First, the plastic wall bracket is a joke. It twists when tightening the base to the head. Second the o-ring used to seal between the sump and head's two flat surfaces without a grove to hold it in place, allows it to move, bind, and not seal. How about using a flat 0-ring? It took a bunch of Teflon based lubricant to seal the housing on it's first use following installation. There are better housings on the market that will seal more easily and will be more user friendly .

No valve to become defective

I was looking for this application since i have valves to turn the pressurized water off and able to turn off the water to the structure from the filter. No valve to go bad over time.
