This is a great product ! I use it for my 125 freshwater and my 70 gallon saltwater coral tanks.

Great for the price, replace the shut-off valve!

If you��re looking for a good RO system at a great price, this is a great choice. I was concerned that I might ��get what I pay for�� with this system, but I��ve been pleasantly surprised!My only issue with the system is that the valve they supply is total crap and had a slight leak and felt like it was going to break every time I turned it. I replaced it with a one piece casted valve instead of the 2-part valve they provided.Other than that, I��ve tested the water and it has 0 TDS after passing through the system.

Perfect for hobby grow

Works great.. very easy to install. I plumbed straight to a hose bib in laundry room waste water goes down washing machine drain. Seems to be better for plants than water machines in front of grocery stores. Highly recommended for smaller hobby grow. Comes out at 0 ppm.

Perfect sensitive plant DIY water filtration solution

I'm not using this for the sink or an aquarium. I need a cheap supply of 0 TDS water for Nepenthes and Sarracenia. Using a ZeroWater TDS meter I see this outputs the desired 0 TDS water quality.The hardware store had the parts for me to hook this up either to my kitchen sink or a garden hose. The metal hose in my photo came from the hardware store. The filter includes all of the plastic parts and the valved metal connector. White is the input, blue is the pure output, red is the reject output.The reverse osmosis water output feels slow, but it's faster than a ZeroWater pitcher. It outputs both usable and reject water at a ratio of 1 to 2, so there's a lot of reject water for watering the less sensitive plants.The manual says the reverse osmosis filter should last at least a full year and perhaps two, while the sediment and carbon filters last six to twelve months.As the key piece in my experimental DIY project, this filter has been perfect.
